MicroFlow University includes a practical coaching experience designed to move your education beyond the classroom.
Early in the program, you'll identify a consenting adult from your personal or professional network with whom you can develop your coaching skills.
As your foundational education progresses, you'll begin applying the principles of client communication, goal setting, educational support, and integration.
Your practicum culminates in a 30-minute recorded coaching session, submitted privately as part of your graduation requirements.
This independent practice experience gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your developing skills, reflect on your approach, and begin translating your education into professional application.
THE PRACTICAL REQUIREMENT
One 30-minute recorded coaching session, submitted by December 17, 2026.
The practicum is independently completed and does not include individual live supervision by Christy. Participants must obtain recording consent and follow the program's confidentiality and professional-boundary requirements.

Every student enters MicroFlow University with a unique perspective, a distinct set of interests, and a subject that calls them to explore more deeply.
Your dissertation is an opportunity to pursue that curiosity.
At the beginning of the program, you'll select a topic you're passionate about and develop an original piece of educational work exploring its relationship to microdosing.
Your subject might explore PCOS, postpartum depression, PTSD, dementia, eating disorders, grief, childhood trauma, addiction, women’s health, longevity, business, consciousness, intuition, creativity, or another area that reflects your personal or professional interests.
Throughout the program, manageable weekly assignments will guide you in developing your dissertation, allowing your work to take shape progressively rather than becoming a last-minute project.
Your completed dissertation will be submitted on December 17 and reviewed as part of your certification requirements.
ONE DISSERTATION. A LIFETIME OF INTELLECTUAL CURIOSITY.
This is not about writing a lengthy academic paper for the sake of an assignment.
The process is designed to strengthen your ability to investigate a subject, evaluate the available evidence, integrate what you've learned, and communicate your perspective with clarity and authority.
Your contribution will become part of something much larger than your individual certification.

Your dissertation doesn't end when it's submitted.
Following graduation and review, student dissertations will be compiled into the MicroFlow University Graduate Dissertation Library.
This exclusive digital collection will bring together the research, perspectives, and educational contributions of MicroFlow University graduates across cohorts.
As a graduate, you'll receive access to the collection from previous graduating classes, with new contributions added as the university continues to grow.

TO GRADUATE, STUDENTS MUST:

Complete the required reading and assigned educational work.

Take the MicroFlow Oath of Reverence + Responsibility and commit to upholding our shared values and standards of practice.
Develop and submit an original dissertation by December 17.

Complete the required graduate commitments and meet the program's standards for certification.

OUR VIRTUAL GRADUATION CEREMONY WILL TAKE PLACE ON DECEMBER 17.
Official certification will be awarded following successful review of the required submissions. Physical diplomas will be mailed after the review process is complete.
