How MicroFlow was born
pashe te sava

The nucleus of MicroFlow is the frequency from which it was born—pashe te sava.
It’s not a phrase. It’s a frequency.
It all started back in 2019 - a beautiful, but turbulent chapter in my personal journey. I found myself in another powerful cycle of death, and throughout this time found solace in my Reiki energy healing practice. On a dreary fall afternoon, I received an intuitive ping to facilitate a Reiki session on my partner. This opened a portal to the most transformational 90 minutes I had ever experienced in my body. During this session I experienced a full blown Kundalini awakening. The life force energy surging through my spine from the base of my root through the tip of my crown - while it felt as if my head was going to pop off - anchored me deeply into an entirely new dimension of Self. As I continued the Reiki flow - hands on fire, heart center exploding open, rooting deeper into the frequency of Source consciousness with every passing moment - a beautiful melody began emanating from my voice. Words completely unfamiliar to my conscious mind but deeply resonant with my soul. “Pashe te sava. Pashe te sava.” Over and over again. It didn’t matter that my mind didn’t have logical context because my body felt the magnitude of this new phrase - this new frequency - that was birthing through. Following this metamorphic experience, I leaned on my online community. A friend from India messaged me a couple days later when she was able to translate “Pashe te sava” through her understanding of Sanskrit language. “Pashe te sava,” she told me, meant HAVE IT ALL. My body hummed in truth. I instantly knew that was the exact message pulsing through my cells when the words first channeled through. Have it all - the most potent message and greatest permission slip of my lifetime. I had been dimming my spirit, addicted to scarcity and making myself small for far too long, and I knew I could no longer play in this paradigm. Continuing to sing and journal “Pashe te sava” daily shifted my entire universe and opened the gates to my soul’s highest expression. Pashe te sava, I learned, activates the creator consciousness that innately exists within your DNA, and aligns you with the highest frequencies of abundance, joy, peace and freedom. It was during a post-breathwork “pashe te sava” chant session that MicroFlow birthed into my consciousness, and it is my greatest honor to share this sacred medicine I co-created with the Divine with you.
