Can the capsules be opened?Yes! If you struggle to swallow capsules, you can open a capsule and add the powder to any beverage or food.

What strain do you use?We use a special strain from the Penis Envy family.

How should MicroFlow be stored?MicroFlow is best stored away from direct sunlight and in a dark, cool cabinet or pantry. It should not be refrigerated.

Is there an expiration on the blends?Yes. We do not use any preservatives or stabilizing agents. Over time, the blends can also lose potency. Your MicroFlow blends will be freshest if you use within a year of receiving them. Please discard after two years.

Are there contraindications?Yes. Please discuss medication interactions with your prescribing physician or refer to the information from Microdosing Institute here.

Can MicroFlow be mixed with SSRIs or Benzos?We cannot provide medical advice, and it is always important to discuss drug interactions with your prescribing physician. The number of medications you are on, how long you’ve been on them and your dose must all be taken into consideration. The following recommendation is for educational purposes only and must not be taken as medical advice: It is important to have a weaning and support plan in place before beginning a microdosing protocol. We do not recommend mixing MicroFlow with SSRIs or Benzos beyond 60 days, but MicroFlow is often helpful to support the weaning process.

Is it safe to dose while pregnant or breastfeeding?We cannot provide medical advice, and it is always important to discuss with a trusted physician. Choosing to microdose while pregnant or breastfeeding is a very personal decision, and this article published in Microdosing Institute may be helpful as you decide what’s best for you. While we are unable to say what is “safe” for you, we can share that many of our customers have found microdosing to be incredibly supportive throughout these phases, especially as postpartum support.

Can I take MicroFlow with me when I travel?We do not have our MicroFlow magic ingredient listed on our bottles for discretion purposes, and TSA dogs are typically not trained to detect this magic ingredient. While we have never heard of anyone having issues traveling with MicroFlow in their purse or carry-on, we cannot provide legal advice. Use discernment always.

Should I be taking breaks on my microdosing journey?We do not believe in rigid dosing rules, and believe the process should always be intuitively-led. There is not research to suggest any safety concerns with long-term dosing without breaks. We recommend committing to three consecutive months of microdosing when you begin, with at least 2-3 days off per week. Some of our customers dose their initial 3-month period and never feel the need to dose again! Other customers will take a short break from time to time if and when their body may be asking for one. We also have plenty of customers who prefer the ritual and benefits of dosing on a more long-term basis. Find a flow that’s best for you!

Is this addictive?Microdosing with MicroFlow in not additive. In fact, it is used to support substance abuse and addiction!

Can I stop any time?Yes! You can stop MicroFlow at any time with no need to wean.

Is it normal to feel heightened emotional discomfort at times while dosing?Yes. Most people begin microdosing to heal their nervous system and feel happier, more grateful, connected, creative, focused, calm, motivated and all the the feelings we associate with “the light.” However, magic mushrooms can also be a powerful illuminator, making the unconscious or “shadows” conscious. We believe this is a great gift, as you can’t heal what you are unaware of. Some people may experience times that feel more challenging while microdosing, as they are alchemizing old wounds and programs that are ready to be resolved. It is always okay to take breaks if it ever feels too challenging.

Where do you ship?We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and certain regions within Europe including United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Spain, France, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Netherlands. Please note that European customs have much tighter restrictions and we often cannot state that the package includes supplements. The customs details we fill out when shipping to Europe generally have to be “finagled” for a smooth customs process. We have never had an issue with customs in any country. However, by placing your order, you, as the customer, take full responsibility for anything that could potentially be taken by customs.

When do you ship orders?We ship weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, unless we are on vacation.
